Fancy thread names are dumb.
So figure I should start noting my thoughts here. Don't have toooo much to say quite yet.
AIM has been a graveyard. I lurked invisible for most of yesterday and only ever saw the same four people on. Seems to be more of the same. I imagine most are either doing the same or waiting for the first competition which is beyond silly if so. Or maybe I'm just on at bad times, idk.
I've only talked to Matt and Caleb so far. I like Matt. No game talk at all but we share the misery of graveyard shift retail, perhaps a fitting reason for an alliance. Eh on Caleb. Have a feeling he's going to be a try-hard this season. Already can't see him fitting into my plans at all based off first impression alone. But hey.
Danielle and Heather have been on but we're having a contest to see who is going to message the other first. It's gonna be me probably cause that's life. But I'd like to sleep first.
The very awkward pleased-to-meet-you stage of the game is always a telling sign though. Perhaps it's overthinking things, but seeing who is online, who is initiating conversation, who is lurking, etc. Seeing how the patterns translate into the start of the game itself will be interesting.
Just for the record - and I don't know if this frowned upon or what - but I am not keeping a character or a fake identity for myself. It's too much of a headache for me. I'm not actively looking for potential allies nor am I telling anyone I'm KC and I'm gonna try to avoid mentioning Utah at all. Honestly like I said in my video DR from earlier, I really doubt many people are even going to know who I am unless they came from FE but just throwing that out there.
