This is the stuff I hate to do. Nathan and Jessica, I like you both tremendously and I'm sorry it had to come to this. However a descision has to be made, though I told you both I'd try and save you (and I meant it). That having been said, this comes down to what people expect me to do, not making waves and what will (therefore) help my game both short term and long term. I love you both, but I vote to evict
